                                                                THẠC SĨ

                                                         

Qua mấy năm đèn sách

Nay kết quả đã thành

Mừng các chị các anh

Chính thức thành thạc sĩ

Hôm nay trong không khí

Rộn rã ngày đầu xuân

Anh em xa và gần

Hội tụ đầy đủ mặt

Mừng vui cười trong mắt

Trên khuôn mặt rạng ngời

Xúc động quá đi thôi

Lễ trao bằng thạc sĩ

Những thầy cô yêu quý

Không quản ngại cách xa

Xem lớp học như nhà

Anh em như ruột thịt

Vũng Tàu nơi xa tít

Gầy dựng lớp đầu tiên

Hai mươi chín học viên

Tất thảy đều tốt nghiệp

Mừng vui mừng nối tiếp

Lớp xây dựng đã thành

Luận văn đang thực hiện

Và lớp công trình biển

Cũng khai giảng vừa xong

Thầy cô rất hài lòng

Học viên thì phấn khởi

Đưa cả vợ con tới

Đưa cả mẹ cha theo

Thậm chí cả người yêu

Cũng về đây dự lễ

Trang trọng đến như thế

Náo nức đến như vầy

Không mừng vui sao được

Đây là niềm mơ ước

Ấp ủ bấy lâu nay

Đáp lại ơn cô, thầy

Gia đình và bè bạn

Ta nâng ly uống cạn

Ly bia nặng nghĩa tình

Dưới ánh đèn lung linh

Thầy trò vui rộn rã

Những cảm xúc khó tả

Trong không khí sum vầy

Khoảng cách giữa trò-thầy

Dường như không còn nữa

Trò ca đầy bốc lửa

Thầy hát xúc động lòng

Xé tan cả khoảng không

Màn đêm như ấm lại

Thầy trò vui thoải mái

Trong không khí đầu xuân

Chúc các thạc sĩ tân

Về chuyên ngành kiến trúc

Chúng em xin kính chúc

Thầy cô sức khỏe nhiều

Để thực hiện những điều

Xã hội đang mong đợi

Nào, đầu xuân năm mới

Nâng ly trăm phần trăm!

Tác giả xin kết luận

Và kiến nghị vài điều

Về quy hoạch không gian

Và kiến trúc cảnh quan

Các resort ven biển

Của Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

Với nét chính như sau

Việc làm ngay từ đầu

Là công tác quy hoạch

Duy nhất còn một cách

Xóa ngay kiểu phân lô

Mỗi dự án quy mô

Tối thiểu là 5 héc (ha)

Có một điều đặc biệt

Không được cắt qua đường

Vị trí phải dễ thương

Có không gian tĩnh lặng

Phải có gió có nắng

Có biển nước trong veo

Có núi để leo trèo

Với không gian đa dạng

Tiếp theo là bài toán

Tổ chức tổng mặt bằng

Phải đáp ứng công năng

Và địa hình địa vật

Và điều quan trọng nhất

Là tổ chức không gian

Tiện nghi cho resort

Ta phải biết tỉa tót

Từng ngọn cỏ nhành cây

Cả bể vầy bể tắm

Phải đi từ sâu thẳm

Mang bản sắc địa phương

Kiến trúc thì thông thường

Khai thác 2 phong cách

Hoài cổ và cách tân

Cả 2 đều phải cần

Gắn địa hình địa vật

Nội thất cũng phải thật

Gần gũi với thiên nhiên

Và không gian cảnh vật

Điều đáng lưu ý nhất

Là phải thật tiện nghi

Nhưng không hề xa lạ

Phải có tính văn hóa

Mang bản sắc địa phương

Từ cái tủ cái rương

Từ các giường cái ghế

Có làm được như thế

Thương hiệu mới hàng đầu

Nổi tiếng tận trời Âu

Và tận sang châu Mỹ

Với công tác quản lý

Có Quy chế rõ ràng

Nội dung cần phải mang

Đủ đầy về pháp lý

Phải quy định thật kỹ

Từ khâu hút đầu tư

Cũng như khâu quy hoạch

Kể cả về chính sách

Liên quan đến đất đai

Và tính đến lâu dài

Loại hình cần phát triển

Mô hình nào phổ biến

Phù hợp với vùng biển

Tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

Là địa phương hàng đầu

Của vùng đông Nam Bộ

Gần đây đang nở rộ

Phát triển theo đa ngành

Trong đó tiến rất nhanh

Chính là ngành du lịch

Với rất nhiều tiện ích

Ưu đãi của thiên nhiên

Với tất cả vùng miền

Đều đầy ắp nắng gió

Đặc biệt là ta có

Bờ biệt rộng bao la

Dài hàng trăm cây số

Với cát trắng mịn màng

Với đồi núi giăng ngang

Với những hàng dừa đẹp

Với những khu rừng kép

Đa dạng và nguyên sinh

Những hồ nước lung linh

Quyện hòa cùng với biển

Thuận lợi cho phát triển

Du lịch biển tuyệt vời

Loại điều dưỡng nghỉ ngơi

Kiểu không gian resort

Thời gian qua đã trót

Làm chưa thật ngon lành

Quy hoạch thì mún manh

Kiến trúc thì chắp vá

Khai thác chưa hiệu quả

Về không gian cảnh quan

Có nơi làm hoang tàn

Cả môi trường sinh thái

Cần phải rà soát lại

Đề xuất nhiều vấn đề

Trong đó quan trọng ghê

Là công tác quy hoạch

Tiếp theo là phương cách

Tổ chức các không gian

Và ta cũng phải bàn

Về kiến trúc cụ thể

Nội thất cũng phải thế

Có ý tưởng đàng hoàng

Tránh việc làm dở dang

Hạ tầng không đồng bộ

Nhà xây kiểu lố nhố

Phố cũng chẳng ra phố

Đường cũng chẳng ra đường

Trước mắt làm đề cương

Cho luận văn thạc sỹ

Nếu ta thấy có lý

Thì bắt đầu đi thôi

Thời gian cận kề rồi

Ngày 11/6/2010 (thực ra lúc này đã làm xong luận văn)

So sánh The MAV và The Master's Architecture Vung Tau

1. Đã đăng ký Forum The MAV tại InvisionFree Forum Directory và cũng đã đăng ký Forum The Master's Architecture Vung Tau tại Nabble.

2. Forum The MAV tại InvisionFree Forum Directory có quảng cáo thấy khó chịu hơn Forum The Master's Architecture Vung Tau tại Nabble.  Nhưng lại có giao diện đẹp hơn.

3. Chức năng viết bài cũng khó chịu vì phải tìm hiểu các thẻ lập trình. không như chức năng viết bài của Forum Ashui.com. 

4. Forum The MAV tại InvisionFree Forum Directory tốt hơn. Kính mời anh chị em tham gia và quản lý các Topic hoặc Forum.

InvisionFree does not preview any Content transmitted but reserves the right to check any forum for prohibited content. InvisionFree has the right to access any forum and its related Content and delete, edit, or restrict access to any Content. You agree that InvisionFree may disclose any Content to:

1. Fulfill what is required by law or is needed to comply with legal processes
2. To prove a violation of these terms
3. To protect the rights (including copyrights), property, or personal safety of anyone

• You may not send spam messages promoting your forum.
• Test forums must be set so they are not displayed in the directory.
• Excessive hotlinking by sites not located on an InvisionFree server of images hosted by InvisionFree is prohibited.
• Your forum may not hotlink images from other websites without proper permission.
• Attempting a chargeback or disputing a payment for which your forum has received and/or used the service may result forum closure.

12.1 COPPA Requirements:

You are required to protect the privacy of users under 13 years old. There are three types of registration for users under 13. You may select the type that fits you community and needs best, but you must enforce rules related to the registration type you select. You may not suggest or encourage users to lie about their age to bypass any COPPA registration/profile restrictions. You must remove any personally identifiable information from posted Content if the user has not filed a form.
